Splash of Colors.

Step One: Apply concealer to the lid

Step Two: Apply desired darker color to the outer corner edge of lid

Step Three: Apply desired lighter color to the inner edge of lid

Step Four: Blend! Blend! Blend!

Step Five: Apply thin desire color to the outline of the lower outside duct line

Step Six: Apply a thin liner to shape the eye (liquid is my fav!)

Step Seven: Apply mascara to top and bottom lashes

Step Eight: Viola!
